SGT Raygoza

Founder | Owner | Certified Recovery Support Specialist

SGT Adrian Raygoza is the founder and driving force behind Resilience Warriors LLC, a peer-driven mental health and recovery service exclusively for veterans. A decorated combat veteran, SGT Raygoza served honorably in the U.S. Army National Guard for ten years, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom in 2008-2009. Throughout his military career, he worked alongside all branches of the U.S. Armed Forces and allied nations, gaining invaluable insight into the unique challenges veterans face during and after service. His experiences on the battlefield and his deep connections to his fellow service members laid the foundation for his unwavering commitment to supporting veterans.

Following his military service, SGT Raygoza confronted significant personal struggles, including PTSD, adjustment disorder, homelessness, financial instability, and the loss of personal relationships. These experiences became a crucible for growth, resilience, and transformation. Through sheer determination, he pursued higher education as a pathway to recovery and empowerment, earning an Associate in Arts, a Bachelor of Science, a Master in Public Health, and becoming a Doctorate Candidate in Public Health. His academic and professional achievements include leadership roles in healthcare and groundbreaking research in oncology, further demonstrating his dedication to helping others.

Inspired by his journey and the gaps he witnessed in veteran mental health services, SGT Raygoza established Resilience Warriors LLC. Leveraging his lived experience, state certifications as a Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS), and a nationally recognized Peer Support Specialist certification, he created a platform where veterans could find the understanding, support, and tools they need to thrive. SGT Raygoza’s mission is rooted in the belief that no veteran should ever feel alone in their struggle and that together, through peer-driven care and community, veterans can overcome obstacles and build a life of purpose and resilience.
